Welcome
Check-in is 3pm. Guests arriving early are welcome to enjoy our common areas until your suite is readied for your arrival. Special arrangements must be made for guests arriving after 7pm. Check-out is 12pm.

Cancellation Policy
If you should need to cancel, please remember that we have a seven day cancellation policy with a full refund. If you cancel less than seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will charge you a minimum of one evening's accommodations, or one-half of your total reservation if you are staying multiple evenings, or if you reserved one of our special packages

Smoking
For the comfort of all of our guests, and the safety of the forest that surrounds the inn, we ask that you smoke in the designated outdoor areas only.

Pets
We appreciate your affection for your pets, however we do not have the facilities to care for them.

Directions from Hwy 99 in Fresno

• Take Hwy 41 North to the Friant Rd. exit. Turn right.
• Take Friant Rd. approximately 18 miles to the Auberry Rd stop sign.
• Turn left (follow Shaver Lake sign) approximately 10 miles to the next stop sign in Prather (stores mark the intersection).
• Turn left onto Tollhouse Rd. (follow Shaver Lake sign).
• Turn left at the next stop sign, Hwy 168, (follow Shaver Lake sign).
• Take Hwy 168 up the mountain to the village of Shaver Lake.

The Elliott House is nestled in the heart of town, on the left (west) side of Tollhouse Rd. marked by our sign and lamppost. Shaver Lake is approximately 50 minutes northeast of Fresno.
